| Peter Michaels began his professional musical career as a drummer in the alternative rock band, The Rakes Progress. Signed to Geffen records, The Rakes enjoyed both national and international success often touring throughout. Having had many songs placed in TV shows and Films, Peter left the band after five years along with singer Tim Cloherty to form Booga Sugar, a silky smooth band that is still one of New York's most entertaining disco bands. While playing in Booga Sugar, Tim and Peter were approached by Three Tree Music to take a stab at a Fruit of the Loom jingle, and won. |
